What: Run a 10k course with your LVTC buddies with 100% of your entry fee going to Las Vegas Track Club’s scholarship fund.  This the first event in the 2013 Las Vegas Track Club Championship Series as well as the Club Championship 10K for 2013.

All entrants receive a “Club Championship Series 2013″ Dri-Fit type tee shirt. Trophies to top three Overall (M & F) and top three Masters (M & F) plus medals to top three (M & F) in 15 age-group divisions.

When: Saturday, January 12, 2013. Gun time is at 9am. Come early at 8:30 to see the awards presentation of the 2012 Championship Series.

Where: 7701 W. Washington between Buffalo and Durango, 89128 (meet at the northeast corner of Kellogg-Zaher Park)

Who: You and your friends (members are encouraged to bring along non-members to help boost the attendance to help with this fundraiser)

Why: The scholarship fund has helped area high school seniors involved in running fund their higher education dreams for over 10 years. Help us do even more for the class of 2013!

Preferred Packet Pickup/Late Registration:  Is at Red Rock Running Company, 7350 W. Cheyenne (1 block east of Buffalo) on Friday, January 11, 10am to 6pm.  If you haven’t registered, come by and register for $20 for LVTC members and $25 for non-members.

Race-Day Packet Pickup/Race-Day Registration:  If you can’t make it to Red Rock Running Company on Friday, you can pick up your packet and goodies at the race from 7:30am to 8:30am.  Haven’t registered yet and can’t make it to Red Rock Running Company on Friday?  Race-day registration at the race site is from 7:30am to 8:30am, and it’s $40 for members/non-members, 2-mile or 10k.
